Welcome to Zumba Fitness and Zumba4u with Paula, I have been in the fitness industry for 21 years, I am a Qualified RSA (Royal Society of Arts) Exercise to Music Teacher and a Qualified and CERTIFIED Zumba Insructor.... I am qualified to teach WATER AEROBICS and a QUALIFIED AND CERTIFIED ZUMBA AQUA Instructor. I enjoy teaching Keep Fit, Aqua and Zumba Classes in Orihuela Costa and in Playa Flamenca and Torrevieja, on the Costa Blanca in Spain. MY goal is simple: I want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked on Zumba!
A Zumba class is known as a Zumba Party, we have Zumba Parties in Torrevieja. Zumba Fitness creates a party-like atmosphere that provides a non-intimidating opportunity for non-dancers or new exercisers.
Zumba with Paula is a blast! You don't even realise you're exercising, its exercise in disguise, in fact it feels so good people want to do it every day. Zumba is easy and designed for everybody, no matter your fitness or exercise level.
One of the great things about Zumba, is that there is no right or wrong way to do it. Everybody has their own style, their own flair and can work at their own fitness level. It doesn't matter if you get all the steps wrong, they will come. What's important is having while getting fit in an a welcoming, encouraging, environment that leaves you feeling great!
Just take it at your own pace and have FUN!

Water aerobics is similar to aerobics on land, except for the obvious - the basic principles of aerobics are transferred to water. With water aerobics you experience the benefits of aerobics with the advantage of water.
A perfect way to get your body in shape, the buoyancy provided by the water makes exercises easier and less painful without any significant impact at all.
The chances of getting injured are greatly reduced. This means that water aerobics is safe for older people.
Water provides resistance, which is variable, so the faster and harder you work against the water, the greater the resistance you encounter and the harder the work out.
Exercising in the water is the best way to strengthen the cardiovascular system. Avoid all the possible damage that can be done to your legs, back, and joints through other forms of exercise.

Known as the Zumba "pool party," Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout.
Aqua Zumba incorporates dance and fitness moves and makes it fun for anyone who wants to exercise in the water. Accompanied by fun, upbeat music, Aqua Zumba makes exercising seem like a pool party.
Exercising in the water gives you the same benefits as exercising on land. Cardio stamina, muscle building, and weight loss can all be obtained from a water fitness class. Movement against water creates resistance that is similar to other resistance exercise such as weight lifting, exercise tubing and fitness machines. In addition the buoyancy of the water makes movement low impact creating less stress on the body.
Aqua Zumba uses mostly Latin music rhythms such as merengue, cumbia and salsa but can also use a variety of upbeat tempos as found in swing or country music. Because of the resistance of the water
movements will be slower than in a class you would do on land, yet they can be just as intense.
Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.
This is not THE SAME as a Water aerobics or Aqua Fit class... it's a pool party! Come join the fun and see what Aqua Zumba is all about!! Bring water, sunblock, a towel, sunglasses, and a hat and be ready for a fun and and an effective workout!
