Water aerobics is similar to aerobics on land, except for the obvious - the basic principles of aerobics are transferred to water. With water aerobics you experience the benefits of aerobics with the advantage of water.
A perfect way to get your body in shape, the buoyancy provided by the water makes exercises easier and less painful without any significant impact at all.
The chances of getting injured are greatly reduced. This means that water aerobics is safe for older people.

Water provides resistance, which is variable, so the faster and harder you work against the water, the greater the resistance you encounter and the harder the work out.

Exercising in the water is the best way to strengthen the cardiovascular system. Avoid all the possible damage that can be done to your legs, back, and joints through other forms of exercise.
